Emergencies will be treated promptly. If you have a concern, please call as early in the day as possible. We will schedule an appointment to relieve your immediate problem. After office hours, voice mail will provide you with instructions as to how to reach one of our doctors.

Payments for dental services are expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Special financial arrangements may be made in advance when large amounts are involved.

Insurance claims are promptly submitted to your insurer. Your co-payment is due at the time of your visit. No insurance company covers all dental costs and benefits vary with each policy. Please bring your insurance information to your first visit, so we may review coverage with you.

Keeping the lines of communication open, we welcome your comments and we are willing to openly discuss our policies with you. Our goal is to build open avenues of communication that foster trust and a good relationship.
